There are four engine options for the new Ford Escape. The base engine for gas-powered models is a 1.5-liter EcoBoost engine that provides a towing capacity of up to 2,000 pounds. A 2.0-liter EcoBoost is also available that boosts the towing capacity to 3,500 pounds with the towing package. A hybrid and a plug-in hybrid are the other Ford Escape options for eco-conscious Park Rapids drivers.

Interior

You will find that there is plenty of room inside the Ford Escape. With the rear seats folded down, the total cargo area is 65.4 cubic feet. The interior of the Escape is designed for the comfort of both drivers and passengers. A 10-way power driver's seat is available. Heated seats are offered for the driver and the front passenger.

Exterior

One nice convenience feature for the new Ford Escape is the hands-free liftgate. This liftgate is foot-activated. To get the gate to lift all the way up, make a kicking motion underneath the Escape's rear bumper. LED lights are available for the front and the back of the Escape. These lights are aesthetically pleasing, and they are known to provide superior illumination in poor weather conditions around Pelican Rapids.

Technology

Multiple technology features to keep you safe are offered on the Ford Escape. One of these features is adaptive cruise control with stop and go. You set the speed and follow distancing. The system will maintain these settings even in stop and go traffic.
